Branding is often the first piece of communication that potential customers see of a product, service or organisation, it is the first impression and we all know how important first impressions can be.
At Blue Chilli we believe good branding is distinctive, memorable and has a personality and tone of voice that gives a potential customer an insight into the experience they can expect. If the branding has relevance to the sector, product or service provided, so much the better.
We also think that brands can be (and in most cases should be) supported by a proposition or strap line, after all, the more a brand speaks to its target audience the better.
